Foxgloves Return & Exchange Policy

At Foxgloves, we want you to love your gloves! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Returns

1. Gloves must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.

Exchanges

1. Need a different size or color? We’ll gladly exchange your gloves!
2. Simply return the unused pair, and we’ll send out your replacement once we receive the original item.
3. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless there was an error on our part.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Name and email address used for order
Order date
Order number
Reason for return

• We’ll provide you with return instructions and the necessary details.
• Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
